Are you going through an extreme challenge in your life? Are you ready to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, emotional pain, past traumas and difficulties? I want to be a safe person for you to come in and process your personal challenges. If you are losing hope for a solution, it is my goal and passion to help you to find a way. I have provided individual, couples and family counseling in a variety of settings using the most effective techniques, and hope that you will take a step toward your healing or healing of your relationships today.

As a therapist, I believe that each individual has strengths that need to be remembered or discovered for the first time. Your treatment will include the expertise I have to offer as well as your point of view and what you would like to see happen in your therapy journey. We will work together to determine treatments that will be fine tuned for you and your situation. If you would like to incorporate faith and a belief in a higher power, I would be glad to do so. I will also respect your spiritual beliefs and will never push my personal beliefs or ideas onto you. Your time with me will be highly productive, safe, insightful, psycho-educational, and affirming of who you are.

“Above all else, guard your hearts, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23
